Changing decimal numbers to hours and minutes

I have a report that reads 2.5 for 2 hours and 30 minutes. How do I get it
to show in hours and minutes?
 
Assuming you have 2.5 in A1, use this formula in another cell:

=A1/24

and format that cell as [h]:mm.
