Changing Cursor in Excel Charts

Is there a way of changing the cursor in an Excel chart:

1. From the little arrow to crosshairs and

2. so that the crosshairs show the x and y axis values when you hol
down the left click

You would need a third-party charting package to do this. Excel does not
have this feature.

Some third-party charting packages can accept data from Excel, and can
produce their output as an activex object into an excel sheet.
