Changing computers

I have successfully set up my outlook on my new computer transferred pst
files however I am not receiving new email on my new computer. Do I need to
shut down and/or change settings in outlook of the older computer?
 
Depends on your configuration which you did not post.
For POP3, if you want to receive the same mail on multiple computers, you'll
have to configure your account to leave a copy on the server.
