Changing column info in Inbox pane

I make changes to the formatting of the Inbox window to show the columns I
want, in the order I want. I want to apply the same formatting to all of my
other folder windows without having to change them all individually. Any
way to do so?

Rather than going to Customize current view, go to Define Views and modify
the message view. The catch is that if any other folder's view was adjusted,
it may not take the newly adjusted message view. Therefore, you may have to
run the /cleanviews switch first (this will reset all views). You can do this
by closing Outlook, going to Start->Run and typing in "outlook /cleanviews"
(without the quotes) and clicking OK.
