When I first installed XP-Pro, I did not set a password for the Built In
Administrator Account. My account, which is set in the Administrator's
group has a password, but the built in one does not. Can I add a password
by using Computer Management? When I've looked at the Set Password option
in Users there, I get a warning that some things may not be accessible if I
change the password in this manner rather than by using a Password Reset
Disk. I can probably make a Password Reset Disk, but I'm not sure how to
log into that account, I do not get that option on my Log-in screen (the
Welcome screen.) How can I access that account to change the password, or
can I just set a password through the Set Password option in Computer
Management? I just don't want to hoohey up my system. What's the best way
for me to proceed? Thanks much, I appreciate all the help.

When booting up the PC press F8 and choose safe mode. Log in as admin
then you can go to accounts and set a password for the admin account.

Just change the password. The "warning" that you're seeing is on the
order of a disclaimer, letting you know that there is a remote
possibility of something going awry. In the past 3 years, on literally
hundreds of machines, I've *never* seen any problems caused by resetting
the Administrator password in this manner.
