CHanging banner on page open

Is there a way to put a different banner up every time the page reloads? I
used some Java to make it change ever so often but some people couldn't use
the java.

Is there a way to make it new just on refresh or page open?

(By the way, the banner in question at www.missioneperte.it is in the shared
top border if that makes any difference.)

Do you mean the banner component intrinsic to FP? If so, then use a JavaScript based component such as J-Bots Ad Banner.

Need to have an Ad Banner that allows individual links?
