Changing all day recurring event default time

This question has probably been asked a thousand times before, but having
scrolled through messages I cannot see an answer to what I want.

Is it possible to change the default time from 12:00:00 am to 12:00 am on an
all day event, without manually having to do so each time a recurring all
day event is set?

Whilst I normally just put up with it; since syncing my telephone I am
getting reminders at 12 midnight disturbing our sleep which are becoming
annoying

Should have mentioned that I am using Outlook 2003 with XP OS

No, you can't change the time. The default reminder for all day events is
18 hrs, so it's not outlook causing the reminders at midnight.
