changing accounts policy

hello friends
i have some problems wiht my policy settings i can't even
change the policy settings .all most the settings are
grayed
how can i change the account policy .

Greyed settings in the local security policy are settings which are set from
your domain's policy. You need to contact your administrators and work with
them to get the values set appropriately.
