Please quote the exact text of any messages you are receiving from AVG.
There is no legitimate path window\sys32\kernell.dll. More thorough
malware/virus removal steps may be in order but without more information
from you no one give you focused help.
It is normal that AVG shows that files have changed. These are done during
normal maintainance, when you or windows updates files or have had to correct
errors on the drive. The only time that you should worry is if they also show
as infected.
