Changed ISP. Can't send emails now!

Yesterday we installed a high-speed modem after using satellite internet. As
soon as it was switched, Windows Mail stopped working. I am still receiving
my emails but I can't send any out. This is the message I get:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'WORK, DAMMIT, WORK!',
Account: 'pop.secureserver.net', Server: 'smtpout.secureserver.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E

I don't use anything ISP-related with my email so that's not the problem. I
use my email for work and I can't get it working and it's just super
frustrating! If someone could help me out, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

Yeah, that tutorial didn't really help. I can't change the outgoing mail
server info because then my emails still won't send. I'm thinking it must
have something to do with the internet connection. I'm going to call my ISP
and see if they have any suggestions.

Chances are that your new ISP's blocking Port 25 for email accounts other
than its own. Try Port 2525 for Outgoing and/or contact your ISP or email
provider.

Port 80 should work for the SMTP server. If it doesn't, post the new error
message you get with that port.
