Change Welcome Screen

Any way of changing the XP boot up Welcome splash screen to my own image on
boot up. I know I can change the loading screen prior to auotlogon and I
have auto logon set up through TweakUI but I still have the screen which
says "Welcome" on it and would like to change that.
