Change user permission without logout-login

Dear Expert :

When I remote to change user group from administrator to power user
Permission will activate after they logout / login or reboot his computer

Any command / method that system admin change their group permission and
effect it immediately ?

No - they have to log out / back in for the permissions changes to take
effect. There's no way around this that I know of.

To change it for that user - a new session must be started.
