Change User Folder Name in Documents and Settings

Help, I am trying to change the folder user name in
documents and settings, I keep getting the error, cant
rename folder as it is a system folder, I need to change
the name as the person for whom the computer was
originally set up for no longer works for me. Any ideas...

I beleive what you want to do is to delete the old user
account and create a new one. This is done via
start|settings|control panel|user accounts.
