change to Welcome Screen

I am using Vista Business and would like to change the Welcome Screen so the
ICONS and user names are not shown. The user would have to enter user name
and password the same as they did under XP after you used the "Change the way
users log on" option. If this option still exists, I have been unable to
locate it.

System is NOT connected to any domain, simply a local log on.

Can I do this under Vista?
