I just upgraded from Access 2000 to Access 2003 but some
of my db objects do not change their "style" to the 2003
format.

In 2003 Cmd buttons have smooth edges and text boxes are
displayed flat which looks better in forms.

How can I change to the new format?

Thanks

Try creating a new (blank) database, and importing everything:
File | Get External | Import

There are some issues with the themed look under WinXP, e.g.:
- unattached labels on tab pages cause flicker when the mouse passes over;
- transparent pages on tab pages are no longer transparent;
- triple-state check boxes do not show dimmed;
- you may not be able to select things properly in some windows (e.g.
Relationships, query design), especially when scrolled.
