Change the size of pictures inserted into Front Page 2003?

When I insert pictures into Front Page, they are extremely large. How do I
change that?
 
Click the pic, grab a corner and drag to the size you like. Another box will
pop up choose resample for the best quality.
 
Front Page's photo tools are not all that great. I would
suggest that you use a photo editing program (Photoshop
Elements, etc) to resize the pictures prior to importing
them into your Front Page website.
 
drag the corners to resize them.

recommendation though, is to open them in a image editor and resize them there.
