Change the layout of the 1 page/day calendar

Is there a way to change the way the 1 page/day calendar prints
so that the task pad is wider and that the calendar notes area
has a narrower width.

As is there does not seem to be away - the only options are to change the
overall formatting of the print-out but not the individual items.
