Yes, you will need to buy an English version of XP.

Ahh non monsieur, vous ne achetez pas un copy of le Microsoft fenetre.

Go to le Control Pannelle, choose le Regionalle et Language options, the le
languages tab. Clickez Details, then Add. The rest is tout clear.

I hope that that makes sense. If it doesn't read on.

then Add. Choose your settings.
