change the color of weekends in month view

Anyone know how to change the color of the background for weekend days while
in month view for Outlook 2003? I can change the entire background but it
applies to both the work week and weekends. I would like to make the
weekends stand out as a different color or darker shade of the background as
happens in the work week view for after hours. Is this possible? Right now,
fifferent months appear as contrasting shades.
