Change the color of all the revision marks

Luke Williams

Hi,

Using Word 2003. Many people have revised a document and each author has
their own color. I was asked to change the color of all of the revision marks
in the document to the same color.

Is that possible?

Thanks,

Luke

It does not matter if I lose the identities of the correcter. How do you do it?

Hi Luke,

One way you can set the colors to be by all one color, or color by tpe of change rather than by author is through

Tools=>Track Changes, or
View=>Toolbars=>Reviewing and
use Show=>Options on the Reviewing toolbar
