change text size with <CTRL> +

I used to be able to change text size at will with <CTRL> + (control and
plus keys)
Now it works not at all...I miss that convenience. Also straining my eyes now!
Help!!

Hi, have you tried "Control" and rotate the Mouse Wheel. It enlarges/reduces
text size in web pages. I`m using XP....Richard

thanks richard, i knew this but it only works very rarely. also the CTRL +
used to work at all times..now it never does....thanks for helping...i'll
