I have created a subform that has as its control source a select query. The
subform is linked to the main form. Currenlty, the only way in which I am
able to view the subform is horizontal veiw. I have to scroll accross the
page as the records are listed adjacent to each other. How do I change the
view so that the records are listed one below the other or vertical view?

Thankyou,
Radhika

Hi Radhika,

"How do I change the view so that the records are listed one below the
other or vertical view?"

I am a little confused ... Access does put records one below the other.
Can you describe better what you are seeing and what you would like to
see?

also, when you go into the design view of the form, what is the form
'Default View' property set to?

Warm Regards,
Crystal
