I know that you can change the interval in the Calendar view but does anyone
know how to change default interval in the start/end in the appointment when
you are creating it?

So, the result would be in creating the appointment when clicking on start
time the interval would show as every 15 minutes.

Hi Irene,

Unfortunately, we cannot customize the default Start/End interval when creating
a new appointment. And the time interval in the dropdown list is set to 30
minutes by hardcode.

If you want, you can directly send your suggestions and feedback to our product
group at the following link. They are appreciated and will be evaluated for future
improvement.

Hope the info helps. If you need further assistance on this issue, please let me
know.
