change some internet explorer registry settings per user

i need to change some internet explorer registry settings per user,
in particular

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup]
"header"=""
"footer"=""

can i do this in group policy ?

(or am i going to have to get off my fat arse and change per machine ?)
