Is there a way to change the scroll wheel 'click' to make it an enter key.
Sorry, don't know how else to explain it. I think it is a Logitech
MX512...I'm at work now :) I have not installed the software for the
mouse...I usually never do.

Logitech SetPoint software will allow you to configure the Wheel(s)
and buttons. I use an older version 3.1 because all the later versions
don't seem to work very well.

Believe the latest SetPoint is version 4.7 for XP and a version 5.0
for Vista.

The forum for Logitech software is here: ( Helpful to know what
does and doesn't work in the latest SetPoint )

My Logitech mouse has many things the middle button can do, but there's
no Enter key or OK option. I use mine for a double-click.

Scroll through the list of available actions. Select "Keystroke".
Another dialog opens where you can hit the key combo you want to use.
Just hit the Enter key to use that as the middle mouse button. That's
how it works in the Mouseware utility for my Logitech mouse. I don't
use SetPoint.

Hmm.. that does work. I'm still settled into the double-click, but
that's nice to know..

BTW, I use Logitech Mouseware v. 9.79.025 and it has that option.
