change registered user account

I'm at work and there's a PC registered to someone that no longer works here.
When I right click my computer and go to properties I can change the
workgroup name but it won't let me change the registered user of the PC.
Anyone know how I can change it?

Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

In the right pane, double click RegisteredOwner and change the Value
data.

Good Luck,
