Change ReceiveTimeout in IE

Hi,
I have read a lot in the groups about the ReceiveTimeout setting, in
the registry, to allow IE to wait longer for a response from a server.
Is there any way that this can be set in code rather than the
registry? Maybe the HTML of the page?

Any thoughts would be great!
