Change Product Key Without Reinstall

Hi all,
i'm Italian and i have a question about Xp Pro OEM License.
i've read this article

But it not says if it function with OEM installation...
i must to change the product key and activate a new license on an illegal XP
Pro installation without reistall all...

someone can help me for this problem????

You'll need to perform a "Repair Install" using the new
and legal Windows XP Pro CD and Product Key. You cannot
simply change the Product Key.
