Change Preview Pane Fonts?

Outlook 2000. How can I make the font in the preview pane larger? I see
how to adjust the font on just about anything else but not the preview pane.

You can also change the font dynamically by holding down the Ctrl key while
you spin your mouse wheel. This trick works in many applications such as
Word, Excel and others.

Thanks for the tip but I can't find the plain text compose setting. Where
is it please? (Sorry for being so dense).
