change password

I have logged off from outlook express. Now it is asking
me for a login password, I don't remember it. Is there a
way to change or reset my password, so I can retrieve and
maintain my outlook express account? Please help!

Is this a password for an internet email account that you
need ?? or a password to log onto the actual computer
itself ? If it is the email account then you will need to
speak to your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
