change password on multiple computers

hi is there any body can tell me how can i download Cusrmgr.ex
i can't find it in microsoft's site

Google gives some 1700 hits for cusrmgr.exe. The first few I checked
indicate that the tool is included with the Win2000 Resource Kit.

It's in the not free part of Win2k Resource Kit, and therefor not
available for download.

Here are some alternatives, all is command line except 5 (GUI)
