Change or hide Sender name.

I created a note template from my computer in the Public Folders area. It is
actuallty someone else that updates the information weekly and forwards it
out to others in the office and it shows that it has come from me which is
creating confusion so is there a way to change or hide the sender?
 
Are you talking about Microsoft Access? I don't see a "public folders" area
in my Access application.
