Change Mail Folder Color?

I have two archive folders that I open to look for old mail at various
times. Is it possible to color the folders and sub-folders so that I do not
accidently drag mail from the inbox to one of the subfolders in the
archives?

The closest thing I've found is using Organize to color certain messages.
