Change Logon name on Windows XP Start up

Subject: Change User name on Window Login window

Does anyone know how to change the User Name on the
window login window when you first start the computer?
Just got married and would like to correct my last
name.Changeing in the user accounts does not change the
name on the login. Dell support has been no help.
