How in command line change Initial Type Service (Automatic->Manual)?

I dont believe there is a way to do it from the command line, per se. Someone else can correct me if I am wrong. You can however change it through a WMI/VB script. You can find the code in the MS Scripting Center. This can then be executed through the command line.
