Change ICMP settings for firewall?

We're using the "ICF Tool" for configuring the Windows Firewall on our
image. It works fine, but it doesn't seem to cover the ICMP settings (we
have to make a "Ping" possible).

I also read the documentation about the Automation interface for the
Firewall. A VBScript would be no problem on our system but the interface
doesn't seem to cover ICMP either.

Originally, we tried to enable the firewall on our master image before
fbreseal, but the FBA disables it on the target device. Is there any way to
prevent that?

Are there other options, suggestions? Thanks!

Unfortunately, this functionality is not supported by the Internet
Connection Sharing interface, so it is also not supported in the ICF tool.
You can change this setting separately by using one of the following
methods:

1. Change it via the Connection Manager UI
2. Use group policy settings (assuming you have included group policy
support in your image)

There is also a way to modify settings in the .mof file that controls this,
but I haven't yet validated that this works correctly.

Hope this helps....
