The menu (dropdown list of available letters) is displaying available drive
letters.
This is the way it should be.

I don't now about the missing description letters.
I wouldn't worry about the missing letters.
I would not use the name Hard Drive.
Give each drive a descriptive name.
I have HP_PAVILION, HP_RECOVERY, BACKUP.
You could use drive manufacture, drive size, drive use.

Thx Richard, Suggest in Vista that they put the word "Available" in there.
A cpl things went quirky when I changed the Drive letters hence I thought
this was too.

Thx Ron, AFTER posting I THEN thought that's how it should be. It makes
sense, after you're told, that it lists only available letters but had no way
of being sure.

Re Drive Letters. My drives are identical. I'll use BKU and get creative
for the other two. I like your idea. Thx for passing it on.
