Change font size for different bulleted levels in Frontpage Theme.

I want to set the font size for each of three different levels of bullets
throughout a Web site Theme, but the font tab is greyed out when I select the
bullets option under Theme. Can it be done?
E.G.
bullet level 1 - font size 14, bold,
Bullet Level 2 - font size 12,
Bullet Level 3 - font size 10

You can do it with CSS written directly in the <li> tag or as classes in
a style sheet.
