Change Font Colour of hyperlink

J

JM

My presentation contains two or three hyperlinks. These show as light grey
on a white background and only go dark when I click on them in Show mode.
They are virtually invisible when seen by an audience or on the printed
handouts.

As a workaround I can convert them to plain text but this defeats their
purpose.

I can't seem to change the foint colour. Whatever I select the font colour
resolutely remains the same.

How can I change the colour.

JM,

The font color of hyperlinks is determined by your "color scheme" in each
powerpoint presentation.

See the format menu in powerpoint?
Click "slide color scheme"
Then click "custom"

The 7th color determines the hyperlink color of text hyperlinks

The 8th color determines the color of followed hyperlinks.

Another alternative is to create an "action settings" for any powerpoint
object. This does not suffer from the underline and color problems

Hello JM,

Hyperlink text is always indicated with an underline and color change taken
from the color scheme for the slide. You can change the color by changing
the color scheme but the text will always be underlined.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) have some suggestions about
what options PowerPoint should provide for the handling and formatting of
hyperlink text, don't forget to send your feedback to Microsoft at:

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions)
