Change fields on Details tab

I want to add spouse's birthday to the Details tab, but have not found a way
to do this. All I can do is add it to the all fields tab. Is this possible?
Even if I could just rename one of the personal fields names?

Figured out that I cannot, but can create event and link to the contact.
Maybe Microsoft should add this feature???
