change drive letter

How do I change the drive letter for my DVD burner.

Prior to installing a new hard drive and reinstalling everything, there was
a place in 'properties' to change the drive letter - now I do not see that
option.

How to do.

Right click My Computer | Manage | Storage | Disk Management. Right
click the drive.

Look under My Computer-Manage-Disk Management.
