Change display result of checkbox

Hi everyone
I've designed a form and a checkbox in it. When i printed
the result is -1 or 0 if i selected or not. Is there any
way of changing the result to true/false or yes/no ?

Hi Pedro,

Form will get printed with only the actual values against the control.
Change the value from -1 / 0 to True/False.

In theory you're right but i can't find any place to
change it and working after changes. Can you help me and
tell me where to change?
