Change deliver email from PST file to Mailbox

I need to automate changing allot of systems from using Outlook 2003
delivering to a PST file. We want it to change to deliver to their Mailbox.
We do not want them using the pst file anymore. I have searched and tried
many registry changes, but nothing is working.

You cannot do this via a registry change, but you can deploy a prf-file
which holds the account settings as you want them.
See the Office Resource Kit for more details. It also contains a wizard to
create a prf-file.

Will the prf allow me just to change the delivery location without touching
any other setting?
