Change Default Pivot Table Summary

How can I change the default pivot table summary from
count to sum in Excel XP.
 
Make sure you have no blanks in your source data table. I usually select my
table, do Edit / Go To / Special / Blanks, then type 0 and hit CTRL+ENTER. If
by any chance you get an error message saying your selection is too large then
do it in a couple of go's. It will now default to Sum.
