change default clip art settings

I am using Word 2002 and would like to make a change in the way Word inserts
clip art. When I insert some clip art, it comes up in FORMAT PICTURE,
LAYOUT, INLINE WITH TEXT. I find I am constantly changing it to TIGHT. I
have tried to make the picture the way I want it and then right click and
choose SET AUTO SHAPE DEFAULTS but that has not changed anything.

Any ideas appreciated!

Thanks a lot. Of all the times I have been into that OPTIONS area, I never
noticed that specific portion of it!!
