Change contacts file location

We use Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000. We have a user
that would like his local contacts folder available at our
corporate office and his home office. Is there a way to
store his contacts on the network drive rather than his
hard drive? We do not use roaming profiles.
 
Is he using a *.pab then because if not then his Contacts are stored within
the Exchange store
 
Then the Contacts are stored within the Exchange store and if he was to log
into his mailbox from Home then the Contacts should be available
