Change Columnheadings

Hi,
Normally my columns name are letters (A, B, C....IV), but now I have got
Numbers (1, 2, 3,....256).

Does anyone now how I can change back to Letters.

Click on <Tools><Options><General> and untick R1C1 Reference style.
