Change Cell Value Across whole WorkSheet/ Workbook if cell type is currency

Is there a way to change Cell value to add 4% more across whole WorkSheet/
Workbook if cell type is currency ?

do you want to increment existing values by 4%?

in a blank cell, enter 104%

Then select that cell and do Edit=>Copy

now select the cells you want incremented and do

Edit=>Paste Special and select values and multiply.
