Change Boot drive letter from h to c

Somehow my boot drive letter got set to H or while
installing a second drive with a boot drive running it
was set to H. I would like to change this letter to C, is
there an easy way. Disk management won't let you change
the boot drive. Is the only way is to install my drive as
a secondary drive and change it with disk management.

This is controlled by what disk/controller is set to boot and what partition
