Change attachments to bottom of the screen

When I was running Office Outlook 2000, my attachments
showed up at the bottom of the screen as icons. Now that I
run Office XP, they are at the top of the screen just
below the subject. Is there a way to change XP (and 2003)
so that the attachments can show up as icons on the bottom
of the screen?

I don't think so. That's where OL 2002 and 2003 place them for Plain Text
and HTML messages. Rich Text messages continue to have them embedded in the
body.
